Hi, I’m Gurveen! As a Registered Dietitian with experience working in multiple hospitals, I’ve had the privilege of making a difference in the lives of countless individuals through the power of nutrition. My journey began with a deep passion for health and wellness, and it has led me on an incredible path of learning and growth.

Throughout my career, my approach has always been centered on empowering individuals to achieve their health goals. I firmly believe that nutrition is a powerful tool for transforming lives. By combining my expertise in dietetics with a compassionate and personalized approach, I aim to guide people toward sustainable changes that promote long-term well-being.

I’m a firm believer in continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field. This allows me to provide evidence-based recommendations and strategies that are tailored to each person’s unique circumstances and needs. Building strong connections with my clients is of utmost importance to me, as it enables me to understand their challenges, preferences, and aspirations better.

My work in multiple hospitals has exposed me to a diverse range of cases, each with its own set of challenges and triumphs. This experience has honed my ability to adapt and find innovative solutions for even the most complex nutritional issues. It has also deepened my empathy and strengthened my communication skills, allowing me to connect with individuals on a deeper level.

As a Dietitian, my goal is to be a catalyst for positive change in people’s lives. I believe that small, consistent steps toward healthier habits can lead to significant transformations. I’m very excited to be a part of the team at Solace Psychology & Wellness and I’m looking forward to getting to know you!

When I’m not busy helping patients and clients, you can often find me immersed in the beauty of nature. Hiking and going for long walks are my ultimate sources of rejuvenation. There’s something magical about being outdoors, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and fresh air. It not only nourishes my soul but also inspires me to encourage others to embrace an active lifestyle.
