Hello! I am Victoria Lovsin, a Registered Dietitian in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Alberta.

I received my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Alberta in the area of Nutrition and Food Science in 2019. I have several years of clinical experience specializing in pediatrics at the Stollery Children’s Hospital working with a variety of patients, aged 0-18 years. Prior to my practice in pediatrics, I interned in chronic disease management, providing nutrition counselling to adults. I love working with all ages!

I approach nutritional counselling with a holistic and collaborative mindset: with the goal of achieving your individual nutrition goals. I will provide you with accurate, evidenced-based, unbiased information during our sessions to empower you to make choices that are the best for you. When working with children and teens, I recognize making changes is a family effort. I enjoy educating teens and young adults around the topics of nutrition, diets, body image, and exercise (and their common misconceptions). When working with adults, my counselling is rooted in the principles of Health Eating at Every Size and gentle nutrition. Soon, I will be certified in providing Intuitive Eating Counselling.

Outside of work, you can find me enjoying a decaf americano at a local café, on a long walk through the Edmonton river valley, or in my kitchen testing out a new recipe.
