Counselling for children, Teens, Adults & Couples

therapy edmonton

The foundation of my practice is to build a supportive space of safety, compassion, and growth. I approach each counselling session with genuine enthusiasm and care as we collaboratively work together to achieve your goals. I enjoy working with children and adolescents who struggle with self-esteem, confidence, anxiety, depression and emotional regulation. I also enjoy providing therapy to adults who experience anxietydepression, self-esteem concerns, trauma related disorders (PTSD), boundary issues, stresslife transitions, and other mental health concerns. Alongside individual counselling, I am trained in the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy.

In counselling, I believe in working with effective, evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) while also integrating various modalities such as Attachment TheoryEmotion Focused Therapies, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to fit the unique needs of each client. When working with children, I enjoy using play-based and art-based therapies to help little ones process their emotions and work through their experiences.

a bit about me

therapy edmonton

I have a strong passion for travelling and surfing. Since opportunities to surf in Alberta are minimal, I try to surf as much as possible in lakes and oceans when I travel. Switzerland is my favourite place that I have traveled to – the mountains, waterfalls and old architectural buildings were so beautiful to see.
