I specialize in working with clients who experience concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, self-esteem and confidence, behavioral issues, and trauma. I have two years of experience of working with children, adolescents and their families with concerns surrounding mental health including autism, ADHD, ODD, trauma, and emotional regulation.
I believe in helping clients reach their goals with an integrative approach, as I utilize different therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Therapy to fit the needs of each client.
Counselling is my passion as it allows me to build deep and meaningful relationships with clients by creating a safe and non-judgemental space. It is incredibly rewarding to witness the growth, resilience, and transformation that can occur through the therapeutic process.
