My mindfulness journey started as I was looking for ways to cope with the pressure and stress of a career in global finance corporations in leadership positions. As I was recovering from professional burnout in 2018, I decided I wanted to help others feel good: in their body and mind.
I graduated from the Psychology Program at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw, Poland, specializing in Social Psychology. This year I have expanded my practical knowledge and graduated from Kelowna College of Professional Counselling.
I’m an experienced workshop facilitator with over ten years of experience in business training and leading corporate well-being programs. My experience includes hosting online meditations and in-person workshops addressing body image, acceptance, gratitude, and relaxation techniques. I have travelled to 25 countries, and everywhere I go, the most important question is: What’s for dinner?
